Safeguarding

Safeguarding at St Laurence, Meriden

At St Laurence Church we take the safety and wellbeing of all those who are part of the church family and those who are visitors very seriously. We ensure that the safer recruitment policy is followed where needed and that DBS checks are undertaken for those working with children or adults who are vulnerable.

As a church, we have adopted the Church of England’s safeguarding policy ‘Promoting a Safer Church’ Please click here for more.

If you are concerned about your own safety or wellbeing or the safety or wellbeing of a child or adult who is vulnerable, please speak to our Minister Rev. Kevin Flanagan, our Parish Safeguarding Officer Jackie Gale, or our Churchwarden Carol Clarke.

Kevin Flanagan – Vicar

Jackie Gale – Parish Safeguarding Officer

Carol Clarke – Church Warden
